Dispute Resolution

In case any dispute arises between you and us, both parties will cooperate fully with an independent adjudicator appointed by BCLC (British Columbia Lottery Corporation) or another impartial body designated under applicable Canadian federal laws to settle disputes arising in relation to these Terms and Conditions.
